Tim Stern is the Youth Pastor at Skokie Valley Baptist Church. He is a graduate of Liberty University Baptist Seminary with a Master's Degree in Religion.  He desires to see God's power harnessed in the lives of our young people.  His previous ministry, along with his wife Katie, was to lead and direct "P.E.T.E." which included coordinating volunteers, organizing service and outreach events, and leading weekly Bible studies. He also worked closely for four years with "The Buckeye Ranch," a place for disadvantaged youth. He and his wife Katie live in Morton Grove.
