Ministry Experience:

Wilondja was born in Congo (formerly Zaire ).  His father was a pastor.  He graduated from  the Conservative Baptist Seminary in Congo and then served as an associate pastor and later a staff member of Campus Crusade for Christ in Congo .  Shirley began her ministry in 1983 to the Muslim culture.  She spent 5 years in Nigeria teaching children and learning the Hausa language.  She then returned to the USA and worked with Campus Crusade for Christ.  In 1992 Shirley began her ministry with BGC.

After a period of French language study, she went to Cameroon to begin a ministry to the Hausa people.   She returned to the USA in 1998 when Shirley and Wilondja were married.   They returned to Africa in 2001 to Abidjan , Ivory Coast .  Wilondja ministered as a chaplain in a Christian Clinic and assisted in planting a church.  Shirley ministered in evangelism.  Because of political unrest they left Africa in 2005.  They were then appointed to Quebec to minister to the French speaking immigrants.

Wilondja & Shirley will soon leave Canada and will serve with the Cameroon Baptist Convention in church-planting.  While they await their specific assignment, they are bringing their need of additional funding before the Lord and supporting churches throughout the U.S.
